What Type of Tenant(s) will I get if I market my property with Nankani Estates?

How Do You Vet Your Tenants?
Once a potential tenant has registered with us we then match them to a property on
our database. All potential clients must be assisted on viewings with an agent.
Once an interest is shown in a property a holding deposit is obtained in order to
secure property of the market.
What type of references do you obtain from prospective tenants?
Previous Landlord Reference, Work Reference, Payslips or Bank Statements and Proof
of Identity.
What criteria do you use in order to ascertain if a tenant is to pass your reference
checks?
Apart from the above in order for a tenant to pass our references they must at least
earn twice the rental figure of property.
What are the sums that you collect on my behalf from tenants?
Generally 1 Months Deposit & 1 Months Rent In Advance however we may collect
up to 6 weeks Deposit at a landlords request.
Do I have to give you a set of keys before you market my property?
No at Nankani Estates we are very flexible when it comes to viewing your property.
We would prefer a set of keys as it generally makes booking appointments a lot easier
however a landlord can also request that we call them to arrange viewings.
Can I Meet Prospective Tenants Before They Move Into My Property?
Yes of course. It’s your property. Once references are checked you can meet tenants
prior to completions.
