How frequently do you update your website?
Daily.

Are there any other cost's on top of your administration fee?
No at Nankani Estates our administration fee is a one-off set fee which also covers reference checks. In otherwords there are no hidden cost's.

Do you Charge a Fee to tenants to renew your tenancy agreements?
No we only charge our landlords for renewal contracts.

If I place a holding Deposit on a property how long can I secure property off the market?
2 Weeks.

If I place a holding Deposit do I loose it even if my references are refused?
No at Nankani Estates if a landlord decides that they no longer wish to let their property or if your references do not pass our checks within the time specified you will receive your full holding deposit.

Do you take cheques?
No funds must be in the form of cash or bankers draft.

Do you do short term lets?
Our minimum contract is for a period of 6 Months.
